I am a graduate of law studies at the Catholic University of Lublin. Already during my studies, I provided legal advice as a volunteer at a refugee law clinic, where I had the opportunity to practice as an attorney.
Since 2012 I have been running my own business, as of 2014, in the form of a law firm of legal advisers; I belong to the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wałbrzych. For six years, I served as an adjudicator in the capacity of an off-duty member of the Local Government Appeal Board in Jelenia Góra. On the one hand, it allowed me to become more familiar with the law and administrative procedure but also gave me a perspective of the case seen through the eyes of the entity resolving the dispute.
Since the beginning of my activity, I have been providing services to individual clients, companies, and institutions. The experience I have gained in entities conducting very diverse activities makes it easy for me to approach a new issue and seek a solution.
I deal with cases in the field of civil law - in particular, real estate, commercial, and labour law.
When analysing cases, I pay attention to the client’s needs. First, I try to identify the client’s genuine interests and secure them best. When dealing with clients, I spend much time explaining the meaning of legal regulations and the resulting rights and obligations for the client, which affect the given situation, case or problem.
